Hi mojoAworkin,

The TW12-F was offered for approx £299, around 6 years ago. It was part of a limited edition range that was only around for 1 year. Here's a pic from the catalogue of the TW12 range:

We produced TW73's with non-slotted headstocks early on in the history of that model, but ended up switching to the slotted version only.

many thanks for that,  real good wee working guitars, played 3 hours gig , friday night and 2 hours on sat night.

holds tuning well and the fishman allows good volume without sounding bright. I usually use a epi masterbilt with a rare earth humbucker, but the wee 12f is better for control and 95% for tone. I played it directly against the current tw100 and say that the tw1000 has more volume , top and bottom , the we 12f has a better overall working ability, as the pickup and tonal qualities of the instrument are well matched , to max out useability.

i am a complete tanglewood acoustic fan. never tried the electrics ,
